Breezy Gardens Fall Festivities

With the crisp fall air arriving, Breezy Gardens is full of fun activities for the entire family! With fresh fruits and vegetables everywhere you turn, lots of mums and thousands of pumpkins around, what more do you need?

During the fall we continue to sell many of our own fruits and vegetables, as well as local produce such as apples, and peaches. We also have things such as gourds, cornstalks, fresh cut flowers, and dried flowers. For all of the corn lovers out there, make sure you stop by! Just because the end of the growing season is near does not mean we run out of corn! It usually lasts until the beginning of October so don’t miss out!

Also in the fall we have our annual Pumpkin Festival. Running every weekend in October, families can come spend a day outside and enjoy the beautiful fall weather.

Free Hay Rides- Take a tour through the scenic fields on your way to the pick-your-own pumpkin patch. Rides typically last about 15 minutes and are fun for all ages. Hayrides run from 12:00PM to 5:00PM each weekend of the festival, not including Fridays.
Pick-Your-Own Pumpkin Patch- Accessible by taking the hay ride or by walking, it is open until 5:00PM everyday. Make sure to dress appropriately, it can get a little muddy!
Face Painting- On select weekends we offer free face painting, be sure to call ahead for details!

Make sure to bring your camera along, you don’t want to miss out on capturing these fun family memories!

New this year, we have a bounce house, mega slide, and expanded corn maze which are available for a $5 unlimited daily entry fee.

Field Trips

Field trips to Breezy Gardens are a great hands-on learning experience for elementary school children and their parents. While on the field trip, children can:

  • Learn about the different types of corn
  • Learn how popcorn is grown
  • Learn how to make home-made popcorn (and try some)
  • Take a trip to the pick-your-own pumpkin patch and pick out their very own pumpkin to take home
  • And learn about Llamas and what their wool is used for, and see one close up!

Anyone interested in a field trip should call 508-892-9201 and ask for Kim or Darlene. If possible, please know the approximate class size and preferred dates before calling.
